If u lose your mobile in India, you can get it back

If u lose your mobile in India, you can get it back ==>

Got an interesting fact to share... Nowadays each one of us carries Hi Fi Mobile devices and always fears that it may be stolen.
Each mobile carries a unique IMEI i.e. International Mobile Identity No which can be used to track your mobile anywhere in the world.
This is how it works!!!!!!

1. Dial *#06# from your mobile.
2. Your mobile shows a unique 15 digit.
3. Note down this no anywhere but except your mobile as this is the no which will help trace your mobile in case of a theft.
4. Once stolen you just have to mail this 15 digit IMEI no. to cop@vsnl.net
5. No need to go to police.
6. Your Mobile will be traced within next 24 hrs via a complex system of GPRS and internet.
7. You will find where your hand set is being operated even in case your no is being changed.
If you lose your mobile, send an e-mail to cop@vsnl.net with the following info.
Your name:

Nice lesson..

A teacher teaching Maths to seven-year-old Arnav asked him, "If I give you one apple and one apple and one apple, how many apples will you have?" Within seconds Arnav replied confidently, "Four!"

The dismayed teacher was expecting an effortless correct answer (three). She was disappointed. "Maybe the child did not listen properly," she thought. She repeated, "Arnav, listen carefully. If I give you one apple and one apple and one apple, how many apples will you have?"

Arnav had seen the disappointment on his teacher's face. He calculated again on his fingers. His search for the answer was not for the correct one, but the one that will make his teacher happy. This time hesitatingly he replied, "Four…"

The disappointment stayed on the teacher's face. She remembered that Arnav liked strawberries. She thought maybe he doesn't like apples and that is making him lose focus. This time with an exaggerated excitement and twinkling in her eyes she asked, "If I give you one strawberry and one strawberry and one strawberry, then how many you will have?"

Seeing the teacher happy, young Arnav calculated on his fingers again. There was no pressure on him, but a little on the teacher. She wanted her new approach to succeed. With a hesitating smile young Arnav enquired, "Three?"

The teacher now had a victorious smile. Her approach had succeeded. Once again she asked him, "Now if I give you one apple and one apple and one more apple how many will you have?" Promptly Arnav answered, "Four!"

The teacher was aghast. "How Arnav, how?" she demanded in a little stern and irritated voice.

In a voice that was low and hesitating, young Arnav replied, "Because I already have one apple in my bag."

"When someone gives you an answer that is different from what you expect. Don't think they are wrong. There maybe an angle that you have not understood at all. You will have to listen and understand, but never listen with a predetermined notion."

LEARNING TO LIVE WITHOUT RECOGNITION IS A SKILL!

There was a farmer who collected horses; he only needed one more breed to complete his collection.

One day, he found out that his neighbor had the particular horse breed he needed. So, he constantly bothered his neighbor until he sold it to him.

A month later, the horse became ill and he called the veterinarian, who said: - Well, your horse has a virus. He must take this medicine for three days. I'll come back on the 3rd day and if he's not better, we're going to have to put him down.

Nearby, the pig listened closely to their conversation. The next day, they gave him the medicine and left. The pig approached the horse and said: - Be strong, my friend. Get up or else they're going to put you to sleep! On the second day, they gave him the medicine and left.

The pig came back and said: - Come on buddy, get up or else you're going to die! Come on, I'll help you get up. Let's go! One, two, three...

On the third day, they came to give him the medicine and the vet said: - Unfortunately, we're going to have to put him down tomorrow. Otherwise, the virus might spread and infect the other horses. After they left, the pig approached the horse and said: - Listen pal, it's now or never! Get up, come on! Have courage! Come on! Get up! Get up! That's it, slowly! Great! Come on, one, two, three... Good, good. Now faster, come on.... Fantastic! Run, run more! Yes! Yay! Yes You did it, you're a champion!!!

All of a sudden, the owner came back, saw the horse running in the field and began shouting: - It's a miracle! My horse is cured. This deserves a party. Let's kill the pig!

Points for reflection: This often happens in the workplace. Nobody truly knows which employee actually deserves the merit of success, or who's actually contributing the necessary support to make things happen.

There are a couple of other VDTs, but Dexpot scores over them by its ease of use. It's easy to configure, expandable with plugins, has 3D transition effects (DirectX 9 required). You can move and copy windows at any time, thanks to the unified interface. Dexpot's extended features include password protection, transparency, window rules, and profiles.

Dexpot is free for non-commercial use unlike many others including AltDesk, which is a shareware.

Dexpot v1.5.11.1648, 64-bit compatible and automatic updates, can be downloaded at http://www.dexpot.de/index.php?id=download

SmartPower

Though most of the laptops have a solution to help power management, SmartPower, could provide a better solution. It helps to keep the power on when network activity is above a certain threshold. This can be useful when a large download is in progress. For specific processes SmartPower can keep the computer turned on, or when they aren't present, the computer simply hibernates or goes to sleep.

The computer can also be kept on keeping the power to a minimum. The wake-up schedule provides options to put the computer into hibernation or shut it down after specific tasks are done. When SmartPower sees that no rules currently apply it initiates hibernation. The computer can be scheduled to wake up for certain things and recommence the whole process all over again.

You can download its 1.1.2 version at http://ignatu.co.uk/downloads/SmartPower_1_1_2.zip  Requirements .NET Framework 3.5, Windows XP or later versions.

Mouse utilities

X-Mouse Button Control and AlwaysMouseWheel are utilities, which are capable of enhancing mouse capabilities. X-Mouse Button Control can assign specific actions for each application, which can be switched on using hotkeys or mouse buttons.

It can be a very useful tool to enhance productivity. X-Mouse Button Control can be downloaded at www.highrez.co.uk/ downloads/XMouseButtonControl.ht. The other utility "AlwaysMouseWheel" can be used over any window even if that window is not in the foreground. The program allows optionally to bring the wheel window to the foreground too.

It requires no installation, can be executed easily from the desktop.

The 20 KB AlwaysMouseWheel can be downloaded at www.softwareok.com/? Download=AlwaysMouseWheel. Please note it doesn't run on VBScroll.
