F.lux can adjust the color of the pc screen to make computing less
strainful on your eyes, at night. You would find the screen look
warmer and less glaringly blue than during the day. The colour change
is automatic and would be based on the estimated sunrise and sunset
hours for your location. As the location is only a guess provision
has also been provided to enter an exact latitude and longitude, if
you desire so. f.lux makes your computer screen look like the room
you're in, all the time, by changing the color temperature of your
display. The default setting is 3400K for night and 6500K for daytime.
This can affect color sensitive work such as editing digital
photographs, but there is a disable switch that lets you to turn F.lux off.
